Transformation Presentations (updated)

Further to the Branch Forum on 23 February 2010 and the T&FSE meeting that agreed to recommend the transformational change including Attendance & Management Style, there will be a series of Transformation Presentations.
The site presentations for Milton Keynes will take place from 19 - 26 March 2010.
These meetings will be led by BT Site Managers/Senior Retail Manager, also in attendance will be a member of the BT Attendance Negotiating Team or IR Retail Managers. A CWU national member of the BT Retail Team will be in attendance, wherever possible, at the first days meetings to ensure a consistency of approach on detail.
Local Branch Officers are invited and expect to attend all presentations.
The presentations will include a summary of the Performance Management/Management Style document ‘Together We Will Make a Difference’ and will also include a mock up of the Pick n Mix tool. A Question and Answer session will follow.
All presentations will be approximately 45 minutes duration.
