Following on from the successful passing of Motion 6 at the 2012 CWU Women’s Conference held in Peterborough in September 2012, in conjunction with the T&FS Department and the Northern Ireland Telecom Branch, we are very pleased to bring this survey to your attention.

Ovarian cancer can be a challenging disease to recognise and diagnose and many women will wait over six months for a correct diagnosis. When they receive their diagnosis the majority of women in the UK will have advanced disease which can be difficult to treat.
