Openreach: SDM Re-organisation and Re-platforming

During the next few months there will be a re-platforming of the Work Manager machines across the UK. At the same time the geographic structure within Service Delivery will change leading to a change of geographical area covered by first line managers and therefore PWAs.
Openreach have published details to Team members in a Loop article.
The company have made a key assurance for those who garage at home. Under the re-organisation, no team member will have their garaging location moved unless a change would better suit their circumstances. Team members who currently garage at home should not be affected by the re-organisation as there are no planned changes to their start location or Normal Work Area.
If you are given an alternative garaging location or other change that is disadvantageous please contact the branch office.
